Oh my dear god. Those panels look like asbestos insulating board. No enclosure, dry stripping and no controls in place. The should be shot.

Yes regulations are being broken, but that is transit panels which is non-friable, fiber count very low if any.

where you fucken fags get your tickets off a weet bix box, hammer and bar is all thats needed to safely remove asbestos as i am a removalist myself and have been for many years no drop sheets you must have hours of spare time to clean up the joint…WANKERS…
